Here you will:

• Build functional capability by rotating within the chosen department, exploring how people, processes, digital systems, operations, or financial structures connect to strengthen the organization.
• Work on exciting, high‑impact sustainability projects that support the business agenda and help shape a more responsible, future‑focused organization.
• Drive meaningful improvements by streamlining workflows, preparing reports, responding to stakeholder needs, and sharing fresh ideas that enhance efficiency and impact across the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in relevant Management or Social Sciences and Information technology related discipline (Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, Mass Communication, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.)
• Digitally curious and tech‑savvy, comfortable navigating digital tools, systems, and emerging technologies that support modern corporate operations.
• Collaborative and relationship‑driven, comfortable working with diverse teams and supporting cross‑functional initiatives with a positive, solutions‑focused attitude
