About the job
The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for sourcing and attracting the best training professionals to work at Learnlight. This strategic role focuses on targeting quality candidates, both active and passive, to participate in our recruitment process and ultimately convert into successful hires to meet business needs. Using cutting-edge recruiting and advertising tools, the Scouting Specialist contributes to the growth of a strong trainer talent pipeline while keeping up with the latest sourcing trends in the market.
Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing
- Search and filter suitable profiles to build candidate pipelines
- Make initial contact with potential candidates to establish their interest and suitability for each training requirement
- Upload scouted profiles of interested candidates to the ATS for Trainer Recruiters to screen
- Maintain close working relationship with Trainer Recruiters and provide regular updates on scouting progress
- Keep ATS, SharePoint, and other systems up to date
Advertising
- Organize and manage reactive and proactive recruitment campaigns for new trainers
- Maintain and update advertising on external websites
- Identify new scouting sources
- Maintain database of local, national and global sourcing options
- Set up, track and manage advertising campaigns, including pricing and ROI
- Assist with social and professional networking initiatives
Expanding Talent Pipeline
- Carry out effective demographic research and advertising
- Manage candidate pipelines for client hotspots
- Select, place, and track proactive advertising sources
Systems and Administration
- Respond to, evaluate and manage speculative trainer applications
- Develop and maintain an efficient scouting procedure
- Complete monthly KPI report
- Identify the most effective scouting and advertising sources which lead to successful hires
Additional Support
- Schedule interviews and track outcomes
- Assist with conducting interviews where required
