The Sydney International Undergraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship offers exceptional international students the opportunity to pursue undergraduate studies at the University of Sydney with full tuition coverage. This prestigious scholarship is aimed at academically outstanding students from diverse nationalities and course backgrounds.

Sydney International Undergraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship 2026: Eligibility

•  Must be an international student (as defined by the Higher Education Support Act 2003)
•  Applied for but not yet commenced a single undergraduate coursework degree at the University of Sydney
•  Must be commencing a first undergraduate degree (not applicable for combined degrees with postgraduate components or certain dual programs)
•  Must have completed secondary school or a recognised foundation program
•  Must enrol full-time in an eligible undergraduate degree

• Not eligible for Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents, or dual citizens of Australia
• Not open to students commencing a second undergraduate degree

• 100% Tuition Fees (up to 4 years full-time)
• Student Services Amenities Fee (SSAF)
• Note: The scholarship does not cover living expenses, accommodation, Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC), textbooks, flights, or other personal costs.

Sydney International Undergraduate Academic Excellence Scholarship 2026: Application Requirements

• Apply for an eligible undergraduate program at the University of Sydney.

• Complete the scholarship application via the University of Sydney portal.

• Applications are reviewed within approximately 5 weeks.
