– Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate products or services.
– Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
– Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to a positive and high-performing sales environment.
– Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and interactions using our CRM system.
– Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

– Previous experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
– Goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
