What you will be doing as the Head of Data & MI

• Leadership and line management responsibility of both team leaders and technical staff required to fulfil the contractual needs of the respective account(s) within the STA account.
• Accountable for the scoping, planning and delivery of MI & Data for the STA Programme
• Lead SME on the end-to-end Data journey •
• Strong stakeholder management with the client and internal operations
• Capacity planning and tracking of Data & MI deliverables.
• Collaboration with STA programme leaders
• Managing and reporting the delivery of operational and contractual requirements and obligations
• Leadership and management of key technical delivery resources
• Conduit for the senior leaders of Capita
