Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using OPERA PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications
- A prior hotel front desk experience.
- Must be proficient in OPERA PMS – this is the primary software used
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be honest and reliable – candidates will be tested on their OPERA PMS knowledge
- Professional appearance and demeanor
