Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as front desk representative or relevant position
- A customer-oriented attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Good listening skills
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge (Real Estate) is essential.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
- Tech-savvy and experience with word processing and email programs
