BeVisioneers Fellowship 2025 by Mercedes-Benz: Launch Your Environmental Project Overview

beVisioneers: The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship, funded by Mercedes-Benz and implemented by The DO School Fellowships, offers a fully funded opportunity for young innovators worldwide to design and launch local projects for sustainable environmental action. Starting with 100 fellows in 2023, the program now aims to support 1000 fellows annually across Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America.

BeVisioneers Fellowship 2025 by Mercedes-Benz: Launch Your Environmental Project Eligibility

Applicants must:

• Be aged 16–28 years (born between January 13, 1996, and October 14, 2008)

• Have a strong command of English

• Have identified an environmental problem they want to tackle

• Reside in one of the listed eligible countries (including USA, UK, India, Kenya, South Africa, Germany, etc.)

• Not work for, or have a parent/guardian who works for, Mercedes-Benz

• 12-month intensive fellowship with environmental project launch support

• Training in leadership, entrepreneurship, and sustainability

• 1:1 mentorship and expert guidance

• Project ideation, launch, and scaling

• Personalized mentorship and access to subject matter experts

• Long-term leadership and entrepreneurial skill development

Application Process for Mentors (2025 intake)

• Complete the online application by 🗓️ 31 May 2025

• Receive selection results by June/July 2025

• Begin mentoring your matched Fellow from August 2025 to May 2026

Selection Criteria for Mentors

• Fluency in English

• Passion for sustainability or business innovation

• Previous mentoring or coaching experience

• For Scaling Mentors: 4+ years of experience in business innovation/startup building
