Job Title: Technical Lead (Engineering Lead – 25th Suite)

Focus: 25th Suite (25th Direct, AI Recruiter, 25th Console)

The Mission

You are the technical architect and enforcer of excellence for the entire 25th Suite platform. Your mission is to own end-to-end engineering execution, set elite technical standards, and ensure every product is built with uncompromising quality, scalability, and speed. You will lead a unified engineering team while maintaining hands-on ownership of architecture, code quality, and delivery, turning vision into world-class enterprise products.

Key Responsibilities

·      Lead a unified Engineering team

·      Own technical blueprints, system architecture, and build standards across all 25th Suite products

·      Enforce rigorous engineering discipline, documentation, code quality, and accountability

·      Write, review, and refactor code to an elite standard as a hands-on coder

·      Ensure rigorous pre-testing, assessment, and quality checks before any delivery

·      Oversee comprehensive testing and guarantee delivery well before deadlines to global standards

·      Maintain elite product quality across layout, structure, user experience, and performance

·      Work directly with the CEO to translate product vision into scalable, high-performance technical solutions

·      Support B2B sales with technical input, solution design, and demonstrations when required

·      Leverage AI tools aggressively to improve development speed, quality, and team output

·      Provide clear progress updates and escalate risks early to the CTO

·      Ensure zero excuses on timelines, quality, or delivery

Requirements

·      Strong hands-on coding with modern full-stack technologies

·      Proven experience building scalable SaaS or multi-product platforms

·      Strong system design and architecture capability

·      Experience leading high-performance engineering teams

·      Ability to execute fast with high accuracy and minimal supervision

Tech Stack You Will Use

·      Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS

·      Backend: Node.js, NestJS, Python

·      Database & Caching: PostgreSQL, Redis

·      Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP

·      AI Integration: LangChain, OpenAI, Anthropic

·      Tools: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jira/Linear, Figma (for UI/UX collaboration)
