Description

An experienced HR Manager is needed to lead all human resource functions, strengthen organizational culture, and ensure compliance while driving performance, engagement, and retention across teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
* Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
* Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs
* Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions
* Design and manage performance appraisal systems
* Develop and update HR policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
* Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
* Maintain HR records, reports, and HRIS systems
* Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
* Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven leadership and problem-solving ability
* Experience with HRIS systems
* CIPM, CIPD, or SHRM certification is an advantage
