The 2026 Women in Power Trainee Program aims to attract a diverse group of young and brilliant female electrical engineering graduates to be developed into strong solar engineering industry leaders. • Completion of NYSC
• Experience: 0 – 2 years experience

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
