Job Summary

We are seeking a professional Receptionist / Office Administrator to manage the front desk and support the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate is well-spoken, highly organized, presentable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome and attend to visitors professionally
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls from customers
Monitor the admin dashboard for pending actions.
* Escalate failed transactions to the support team.
* Help with order and delivery coordination.
* Manage office supplies and inventory.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare for meetings
* Support staff with administrative tasks and documentation
* Coordinate with cleaners, vendors, and maintenance personnel.
* Monitor office facilities and report issues promptly.
* Keep records of visitors and office activities.
* Perform other administrative duties as assigned with the business

Requirements

* Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree.
* 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,).
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Professional appearance and positive attitude.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Must reside within or close to Chevron, Lekki, Ajah, or nearby areas.

Work Schedule

Monday – Friday
9am – 5pm
