Job Title: Accountant

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Finance team. This role extends beyond traditional accounting, encompassing financial data analysis and quality assurance of financial system integrations. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles, a passion for working with data, and a keen eye for identifying and resolving inconsistencies within financial systems and reporting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance checks on data integrations between financial systems.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or data integrity issues across financial systems.
• Analyze financial data to verify accuracy, identify variances, and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, engineering, and analytics to provide financial insights and strategic recommendations.
• Assist in preparing reconciliations and executing month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company’s financial reporting capabilities.
• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA certification is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or financial analysis.
• Strong proficiency in financial systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail is a must.
• Experience interpreting and working with complex datasets.
• Participation in system migrations or integration projects is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a team player at heart.
• Experience with NetSuite and/or working in a multinational company is an advantage.
