We are looking for a Credit Loan Operations Analyst/Associate who will manage borrower payments.  We are looking for a self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision and is extremely detail oriented – for you, things don’t fall through the cracks. This role will also deal with time-sensitive activities, so we would be looking for someone who is happy with a bit of a routine in their tasks. Last but not least, we always appreciate someone with a good sense of humor.

The ideal candidate will be/have:

• • Experience in payment processing
  • Detail-oriented – all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed
  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty by doing manual updates when necessary
  • Troubleshooting data discrepancies by digging into lines of Excel
  • Being a face to our borrowers, replying to email requests
  • Creating and approving wire transfers
  • Managing unclaimed payments
  • Ability to juggle a few projects at a time
  • Good at putting out fires
  • Salesforce proficiency or willingness to learn
  • Proficient in Excel
