Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Qualifications:
- Must be a fast learner.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, with a strong understanding of technical support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of honesty, integrity, and commitment to upholding company values.
- Comfortable with transitioning from in-office work to remote work based on performance.
- Proficient in using computers and related technologies.
