Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Social Media Manager to provide administrative support while managing and growing our online presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in event coordination, sponsor engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the executive
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and follow-ups professionally
  • Assist in planning and coordinating events and engagements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies
  • Create and schedule engaging content across platforms
  • Monitor social media trends and audience engagement
  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for improvement

Event & Sponsor Engagement:

  • Identify and engage potential sponsors for events and partnerships
  • Develop sponsorship proposals and pitch decks
  • Maintain relationships with sponsors and key stakeholders
  • Coordinate sponsor deliverables before, during, and after events
  • Ensure proper visibility and brand alignment for sponsors
  • Prepare comprehensive pre-event and post-event reports for management and sponsors
  • Develop detailed reports supported with visual content (videos and photo highlights) to showcase event outcomes and impact

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience (Executive Assistance, Social Media
  • Management, Events, or Sponsorship Management)
  • Proven experience in event coordination and sponsor engagement is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to pitch, negotiate, and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Proficiency in social media tools and content creation
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Must be available for occasional physical meetings when required
