Work Days/Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 am–5:30 pm

Benefits: HMO

Salary: ₦250,000 gross (inclusive of transport, food, and punctuality bonus).

No accommodation; candidates must already reside in Ibadan.

About the Role

You will oversee HR and administrative operations across our Lagos offices—recruitment, employee relations, attendance and headcount management, office administration, and facilities—driving efficiency and great employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement HR policies compliant with labour law; handle grievances and disciplinary processes.

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, staff exits; support workforce planning and role changes.

• Track attendance/daily headcount; coordinate performance reviews and engagement activities.

• Manage training records, HR files/databases, and routine HR correspondence.

• Administer compensation/benefits/leave; maintain accurate personnel records.

• Oversee office supplies, hygiene/safety, vendors/service providers, cleaners and security.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports; escalate unresolved issues and support budgeting/costing.

• Prepare payroll attendance and leave reports; other HR/Admin duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• HND/BSc in HR, Business Admin, or related field; 3+ years HR/Admin experience.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, office management; payroll knowledge is a plus.

• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

• High integrity, discretion with confidential information; able to work independently and manage people.
