Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and productive work environment.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and data.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
• Develop and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Implement and manage compensation and benefits plans.
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure alignment between HR and financial goals.
• Manage HR budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial data to make informed HR decisions and provide recommendations for cost-effective HR practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
• Strong background in finance and experience working with financial data.
• People-oriented and results-driven.
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics and HR systems.
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
