Pepper is paving the way to innovation when it comes to fit-optimized sizing in AA, A, B cups bras and quickly expanding into additional categories like underwear and loungewear. We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Inventory Planning Associate to join our S&OP team and take charge of data-entry and reporting responsibilities, as well as fully own our growing underwear category end-to-end — from reporting, analysis to PO placement with factories. You will have a huge impact on the way we plan the business to ensure we meet company goals and achieve growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Run weekly & monthly selling and month-end reporting, communicate insights and action items to cross functional teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations on how to optimize inventory and accelerate growth of sales
- Help to develop and evolve existing reporting templates for ease of use and updating
- Assist in full life-cycle management of inventory to ensure maximum productivity and minimum liability
- Collaborate with Production team to understand PO delivery dates and lead times
- Coordinate data entry requirements of Inventory team, such as updating PO’s to be sent to factories, updating delivery schedule, and actualizing reporting.
- Manage re-orders of 3rd party product items
- Manage style and size level forecasts for underwear re-orders
- Support Director of S&OP during forecast meetings, help prepare data analysis and note taking
- Complete ad hoc analysis as needed
Requirements
- 2-3 years of inventory planning experience, preferably in an ecommerce environment
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel & Google sheets
- Shopify experience a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills & attention to detail
- Positive attitude & self starter mindset
