Job Title: Lead Generation Representative

DAFT Company, LLC is a reputable outsourcing company supplying premium staff of all industries to scale and revolutionize their businesses. We’re looking for a Lead Generation VA to join our growing team.

The Lead Generation VA/Appointment Setter will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments. This will involve conducting cold/warm outreach by phone, email, and social media to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers
  • Reach out to potential customers by phone, email, and social media
  • Qualify leads and determine their interest in our products/services
  • Schedule appointments
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA)

  • B2B Cold caller  *Must
  • Ring Central Dialer Experience
  • Salesforce CRM Experience *Must
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with any CRM software
  • More than 1 year of sales experience
