Job Title: Lead Generation Representative
The Lead Generation VA/Appointment Setter will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments. This will involve conducting cold/warm outreach by phone, email, and social media to potential customers.
Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers
- Reach out to potential customers by phone, email, and social media
- Qualify leads and determine their interest in our products/services
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with potential customers
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSA)
- B2B Cold caller  *Must
- Ring Central Dialer Experience
- Salesforce CRM Experience *Must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with any CRM software
- More than 1 year of sales experience
