Job Title: Marketing Data Analyst

Full-time, mid-senior level

Role Description

We’re hiring a Marketing Data Analyst, ideally with experience in paid media/performance marketing. Your role will involve working with the team to refine our marketing across programmatic advertising and paid social media, using analytics and insights to help boost growth. If you’re keen on data, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and have a strategic mindset, we’d like to hear from you.

You will report directly to the head of media buying.

Requirements:

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proficiency in paid media reporting (PPC, Paid Social, Programmatic/Display).
  • A proven track record in Marketing Analytics, with experience in the crypto and/or iGaming sector, is considered highly beneficial.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, particularly BigQuery, and solid proficiency with Looker Studio or similar BI tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Exceptional skills in Google Sheets/Excel.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights and effectively communicate these to stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge in Marketing Analytics, with an aptitude for troubleshooting and quality assurance of data.
  • Experience in developing data pipelines from various sources, including APIs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with DSPs such as Adform, Xandr, Google DV360, TradeDesk.
  • Basic programming skills in languages like Python, Node, R.
  • Interest in AI and using tools like ChatGPT for data analysis and insight generation.
  • Knowledge in pulling marketing metrics and building reports/dashboards from platforms like Google Analytics, Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook, CRM, AppsFlyer, Amplitude.
  • Experience with attribution mapping/modelling.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation skills.
