Job Summary:

IBILE Microfinance Bank is seeking competent and results-driven professionals to fill the role of Experienced Deposits Mobilization & SME Loan Officers. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving Deposits and SME loan portfolio growth, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality risk asset creation and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard viable SME clients

Drive loan disbursement and deposit mobilization targets

Drive wholesale deposits mobilization

Conduct credit analysis and risk assessment

Monitor loan performance and ensure timely repayments

Maintain strong customer relationships and portfolio quality

Requirements:

Proven experience in SME lending within a financial institution

Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management

Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
