Salary: ₦200,000 (Net)
Resumption: First week of May 2026
Key Responsibilities:
– Manage and coordinate the MD’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
– Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the MD
– Serve as liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
– Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
– Coordinate travel, logistics, and meeting arrangements
– Track deliverables and follow up on key action points
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
– Mandatory: Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Personal Assistant (applications without this will not be considered)
– Strong organizational and time management skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for preparing executive presentations
– Willingness and flexibility to travel when required
– Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Preferred Candidate:
– Professional, detail-oriented, and discreet
– Able to resume in the first week of May 2026
