WHO THEY ARE

This is one of the fastest-growing app teams in the Shopify ecosystem. With over 50,000 stores using their tools and a bonus model tied to actual performance, this team operates lean, moves fast, and values clear communication above all else.

They offer full remote flexibility and are currently hiring across three shifts:

Evening shift – 17:00–01:00 EET

You’ll join as a long-term freelancer, working in a high-ownership environment where results are what matter.

• Troubleshoot front-end issues (HTML/CSS/JS) for Shopify users
• Help merchants implement code snippets and customizations
• Escalate complex bugs to devs with context
• Keep help docs and internal notes sharp and up to date
• Deliver support experiences that people actually enjoy

WHO YOU ARE

• Strong in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Shopify & Liquid experience = big bonus
• Excellent written English & Lithuanian
• Comfortable sticking to a set shift and responding quickly
• Empathetic, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Bonus if you’ve worked in SaaS, Shopify, or tech support before
