Job Title: Financial Analyst

As the FP& A Financial Analyst, you work with all stakeholders, strategizing and forecasting using available data and reports both internal and external to advise on areas including product development, market expansion, human capital management, M& A, and capital investments looking at structured and scenario planning. The individual is responsible for working with the Senior Financial Analyst for the periodic preparation of performance reports for the company and providing commentaries on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out the data analysis for different work streams as noted by the Senior Financial Analyst and Management
• Partner with other members of the finance team and other stakeholders to understand the business challenges, propose and create solutions.
• Collaborate on metrics, goals and business reviews by diving into financial data to provide additional insights for business decision making.
• Research variances to forecast, budget and prior year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and possible growth.
• Track and help SBU manage its spends with in budgeted norms.
• Research technical accounting issues for compliance and its application to company’s transactions
• Working with the Data/IT team for preparing the incentive programs for different stakeholders
• Support month-end and year-end close process

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Professional Certification is required
