Product Designer

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who is passionate about finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use Casava’s products through the design of simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric experiences that delight users. In this role, you’ll be responsible for translating the goal of the product into a functional user experience and nurturing that experience as the product matures through different stages of the product life cycle.

You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members using both qualitative and quantitative data in conceptualizing and developing comprehensive user-experience, creating expansive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mock-ups and design strategies. You will also be required to set design requirements and coordinate with other team members to maintain visual and brand consistency between all products and outlets, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences.

The best candidate for this role must be able to visualize the product, make informed decisions in building functional prototypes to validate and test designs, possess strong leadership abilities with solid technical skills and ability to make tough decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in fast-paced creative environment, tech ideally
• Convey design ideas via sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, or animations
• A skilled storyteller and ‘conceptor’, with experience working in a multidisciplinary environment to develop concepts that delight customers and deliver business results
• Possess not just exceptional product design skills, but the ability to implement strategic and conceptual thinking as well
• A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work that also tells a story that you are a deep design thinker
• Strong information presentation (visual and written) skills
• Creative problem solving skills and excellent attention to detail
• Knowledgeable about the best technology and trends in the product design industry
• Experience with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Sketch, Figma, etc.
