About the job

Our client is a building solutions company dedicated to delivering top-quality steel products to their customers. They are currently seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to join their sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling their range of steel products to prospective customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Remuneration Range: ₦100,000 – 150,000 plus bonuses

Location – Ikeja, Lagos (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

1. Generating leads.

2. Understanding customer needs and requirements.

3. sells products or services for a company

4. Have experience on construction sales and building materials

5. Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

6. Understanding and promoting company programs

7. Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

8. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. 2 – 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in building materials sales and construction.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  4. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  5. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  6. Ability to report to the client’s physical location in Ikeja, Lagos every Friday
