Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the media industry.
· Analyze market data to identify potential business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
· Develop and implement business development plans and strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
· Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances that align with the company’s objectives.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine the company’s overall business strategy.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business deals and contracts.
· Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing industry insights and recommendations.
· Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients.
· Lead contract negotiations and finalize agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
· Drive revenue generation by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising deals.
· Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
· Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, content production, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
· Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
· Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as sales data, market trends, and competitor activities.
· Prepare regular reports and presentations to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for future growth.
Qualification/Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
· Proven 3-5 years of industry experience in content creation and talent management.
· In-depth knowledge of the media landscape, including digital platforms, advertising, content production, and distribution.
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
· Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in using CRM systems, market research tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
