Talent Acquisition Volunteer
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Volunteer who would help in the acquisition of talented volunteers. You would be responsible for finding a strategy that works within the assigned market and also figure out ways to gain partnerships that would help us achieve our desired goals. To ensure success as a Talent Acquisition Volunteer, you should focus on creating access to meet with the right volunteers and getting them to volunteer with SkilledUp Life.
Duration
- 3 months
- At least two hours per day
- Part-time
- Remote
Activities
Working with our CEO and Acquisition Lead, your volunteer role includes:
- Finding a platform that works right to market SkilledUp Life to the people who need it.
- Developing the right strategy based on the country’s needs.
- Working with the HR Team to have the right opportunities posted.
- Working with the Social Media team to reach out to more volunteers
- Developing strategies that would convert marketing reach into volunteer sign ups
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent record keeping.
- Ability to network and gain access to the right environment
Acquired Skills
