HR Team Lead
SCOPE OF WORK
In this role, you will work with the Chief of Staff and the Team Leads with a wide range of initiatives to support talent development and capacity building. You’ll be responsible for the definition of skills needed for existing and new positions, lead recruitment processes, and enhance our members’ employee journey, starting with onboarding, going to performance review cycles, personalized development plans, and benefits to off-boarding. We understand that our business thrives when our personnel thrives, and that starts by hiring and developing the right people.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Generally, being our point person for all things people-related. From where we should be posting our jobs, to how we should think about performance reviews

Designing and overseeing training, coaching, personal development, and team development initiatives

Managing our recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes

Managing employment contracts and the Employee Handbook
Requirements
MUST HAVES
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3-5 years of HR, People, or Recruiting experience, ideally at a tech or financial services company

Being a self-starter who can effectively lead and manage our external recruiting and internal people program

Holds a proven track record of developing and implementing HR procedures at pace with the ability to manage change and minimize complexity

Strong communication and organizational skills, being able to understand and adapt your style based on who they are communicating with

Previous experience at a start-up or fast-paced working environment
